Sarah McKinnon

I am impressed with the work of Room 217 in identifying the needs and advocating so effectively for the use of music in medical care. I am excited to be a part of the support and promotion of such a worthy cause in Canada and abroad.


Sarah M. McKinnon is a former Vice-President, Academic at OCAD University, a former Senior Vice-President for Academic Affairs at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and a former faculty member and Curator at the University of Winnipeg. Currently, Dr. McKinnon is a consultant in post-secondary education, working with the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design, the Glenn Gould School at the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Quality Assurance Audit Committee of the Council of Ontario Universities.
